About the position
As our new Risk Manager, you will be part of the Operations team in Vaduz. The position is critical to supporting our mission of breaking new ground in digital payments. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

  • Ensure a sound risk and control framework for the company, including regular updates of the operational risks and the business continuity management–related policies and directives
  • Maintain and develop a risk-based programme to effectively manage operational risks, including monitoring and reporting of the effectiveness of the operational risk framework, related controls and indicators
  • Identify, in collaboration with senior stakeholders, relevant risks, conduct assessments and quantifications of said risks and ensure the implementation of targeted controls
  • Ensure sound business continuity management processes and related controls in line with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and collaborate in cross-company risk activities, tests and controls
  • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

About you
We are looking for a hands-on and independent person who has experience as a Risk Manager and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of money. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Several years of relevant work experience in risk management
  • Work experience within the finance or payment sector
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to establish and improve processes and methods
  • Structured thinker and proven ability to deliver on tight deadlines
  • Be a team player who challenges and supports others
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
