About the position

As our new Level 2 IT Support, you will be part of the team in Tallinn, Estonia. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

  • Handle blockchain related topics that are in scope:
    • Seed Phrase related questions
    • Transactions related questions
  • Check database for logs occasionally
  • Provide general 1st Level support when needed
  • Review support tickets, identify potential bugs in the system and write bug reports
  • Provide internal IT support on-site

About you

We are looking for an ambitious person who has experience in IT Support. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support
  • Extended understanding of blockchain technology
  • General IT knowledge (Client Setup, basic user support)
  • Experienced with SQL, Linux and Docker
  • Ability to work independently and reliably with resilience during hectic periods
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
  • Very good oral and written English
