About the position
As our new CMO, you will be part of the team in one of the offices in Luxembourg, Vienna or Tallinn, depending on your location. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:
- Assume ultimate accountability for the success of sales and lead generation initiatives, overseeing their planning, execution, and optimization
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- Define and set-up marketing relevant processes aligned with the different target groups (e.g., data analysis, touchpoint analysis, customer journey management, marketing automation, campaigns etc.)
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s vision and values
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
- Develop and establish performance marketing (e-mail marketing, SEO, SEM and affiliate marketing)
- Monitor the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
- Manage agencies and external partners
About you
We are looking for an ambitious person with extensive knowledge in marketing, who has experience in a C-level role, or who is ready to make the step-up to this level. Here’s what we expect from you:
- Associate Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in a senior role in any marketing discipline
- Provable track record in successfully accomplishing milestones and deadlines in projects with a 6+ month scope
- Evident experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Have sufficient knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance issues
- Excellent team leadership skills with a strong ability to guide those under your management
- Accomplished organisational skills are essential since you will be responsible for coordinating all marketing efforts
- Identifying problems and prescribing solutions with the resources at your disposal
- Communication skills with people of all levels throughout our organisation are essential
- The ability to respond well to constructive feedback
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience in Fintech, payment industry or crypto is considered a plus
