About the position
As our new Management Assistant, you will be part of the Office team in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The position is critical to supporting our mission of breaking new ground in digital payments. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

  • Handle and organize the management office independently
  • Support building up the organizational units
  • Coordinate and handle various administrative tasks
  • Prepare budget plans and company operating figures
  • Manage contracts
  • Be the communicative interface between management and internal and external business units
  • Plan and prepare meetings, keep minutes during meetings
  • Prepare and review English texts

About you
We are looking for an ambitious and curious person who has experience in Office Management and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of money. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Several years of relevant work experience in the area of office management
  • Work independently and precisely without supervision
  • Demonstrate planning and organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Show a willingness to learn and grow
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English, German
