About the position
As our new Payments Investigation/Risk Manager, you will be part of the Operation team in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The position is critical to supporting our mission of breaking new ground in digital payments. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

  • Manage inquiries and clarifications in the field of payment transactions
  • Monitor and reconcile different accounts
  • Participate in payment system tests
  • Support the Payments team in control tasks
  • Monitor performance and behaviour of financial transactions
  • Evaluate and assess the risk of active customer relationships
  • Analyse transactions regarding risky customer relationships
  • Collaborate in cross-company projects
  • Develop the entire investigation/risk management system further, in particular for payment risks
  • Optimise processes and methods in the field of payment management
  • Perform various administrative and planning tasks

About you
We are looking for a hands-on and autonomous person who has experience in the payment sector or as a Risk Manager and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of money. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Several years of relevant work experience in risk management or payments
  • Work experience within the finance or payment sector a plus
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate planning and organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Be a team player who challenges and supports others
  • Professional working proficiency in English, German a plus
